c99 VIP — Five-Tier Rewards and Weekly Cashback System
The c99 VIP program is not just a formality — it is a structured rewards system for regular players. Weekly cashback is available across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond, calculated based on your net losses for the week.
c99's Five VIP Tiers and Cashback Rates
Each tier has its own weekly cashback rate. The higher you go, the higher the cashback rate.
Bronze
This is where the VIP journey begins. Playing regularly opens the path to reaching higher tiers.
Silver
The next step after Bronze. The cashback rate increases noticeably and players receive more benefits.
Gold
A strong cashback rate for mid-tier regular players. The opportunity to get money back every week.
Platinum
Near the top, this tier offers cashback of up to 1%. A special status for dedicated players.
Diamond
The highest tier in c99 VIP. The maximum cashback rate and the best platform benefits are available at this tier.
How Weekly Cashback Is Calculated
At the end of each week, c99 calculates how much you lost and how much you won during that week. Subtracting total winnings from total losses gives your net loss. Cashback is then paid at the percentage rate set for your VIP tier, applied to this net loss.
Cashback is added directly to your account. It is not a bonus — it is recognition of your play. Bonus offers work separately and do not conflict with cashback.
That means a Gold tier player with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum of ৳140 in cashback.
The Path to Moving Up Tiers
There is no fixed deposit limit or turnover target — progress depends on your overall play.
Regular Participation
Playing games regularly and staying active on the platform is the foundation of tier progression. VIP status is earned through consistent play over time, not in a single day.
Playing Across Different Games
Slots, live casino, sports betting — playing across different sections makes VIP progress easier. The slots section has a wide collection to get started with.
Keeping Your Account Active
Logging in and playing regularly without long breaks. You can access your account at any time from the c99 login page.

With each tier advancement, the weekly cashback rate increases and the range of VIP benefits expands.
What VIP Members Get Exclusively
The higher the tier, the more benefits. Below are the key benefits of c99 VIP membership.

Gaming Experience with VIP Membership
c99's game collection becomes more rewarding for VIP members. Whether you play live casino, slots, or sports, VIP progress is made across every section.
Live games from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and other top studios are available in the c99 Casino section. Cricket betting fans can also earn weekly cashback through the VIP program.
Whether you spend time on Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, or Aviator, every game is part of the VIP journey.
Play Responsibly
The c99 VIP program is designed to reward regular players — but cashback should never be a reason to play more. Betting beyond your budget in the hope of earning cashback is not a sound decision.
Weekly cashback is a partial return on losses — it is not a way to recover losses. Set your own budget and stick to it.
Remember: Gambling is for ages 21+. Cashback is a reward, not a strategy to reduce losses. Read the responsible gaming guidelines and know your limits.
